And a brief announcement about Seafarers & Scoundrels

Here's my grand daughter Mackie, one of the main characters in my new children's book The Pogostick Kid, Gold in the Sky with accompanying t-shirt. Cute as a button isn't she? I want to thank all my relatives, friends, classmates and co-workers for getting this book off to a successful start. No one accomplishes anything alone, and I appreciate the support. I also wanted to let you my new non-fiction, Seafarers & Scoundrels, the history of pirating and smuggling off the Jersey coast will be launching next week. Not just pirates but the history of how pirates, privateers, swamp men and local opportunists financed and supported Washington's Colonial Army. Without which we'd be driving on the left side of the road and singing Rule Britannia. Look for my fellow Jerseyians.
